Bulky & Warm Triangle Fringe Scarf

Sharing is caring!

The weather this year has been so crazy!!! It seems we get one extreme or the other.  September started out with a heat wave and by the second weekend it’s frigid and raining.  I really hate to be cold!!! One of the many reasons I love crochet!!!  I pulled out my spring fringe scarf and was instantly inspired to make something warm and bulky.  When back to school shopping I saw lots of fashion sporting the fringe this year!! Brings back memories when I was a kid and fringe was all the rage!! Oh ya I had a fringed jacket lol and I’m totally obsessed again! So I had to drop everything and make this scarf.  When I get something in my head I have to make it come to life immediately!!  My daughter Beth freaked out when she saw it!!!  It was a little big for her so I needed to modify it slightly.  Here she is modelling hers in a gorgeous ocean tide colour that suits her colouring perfectly!!

Of course I couldn’t stop there, little Meg Pie needed one too!!! She’s completely in Love with it just like her momma!! Oh how I love to crochet!! If you know my style its fast! I whipped these scarves up so quick.  The most time consuming part was the fringe but even that went faster then expected.  I tested a pic out on Facebook and you requested the pattern so here it is for everyone to enjoy!!  By the way these photos are all mine!!!  I had so much fun playing with my new camera and www.picmonkey.com
