You will Love Crocheting This Throw

The Snuggle Season Blanket is crocheted with a beautifully textured stitch that combines post stitches, half double crochet, and puff stitches. This engaging stitch pattern is perfect for those who enjoy intricate textures over simple designs. The result is a wonderfully cozy baby blanket or a stunning throw. I enjoyed crocheting it so much that I made two—one as a baby sample, which I gifted, and another as a throw. Best of all, Mary Maxim Mellowspun yarn is both washable and dryable, making it an excellent choice for easy care.

Best Yarn For A Crochet Throw Blanket

The best yarn for a crochet throw is definitely one that is super soft and washable. I’ve also noticed that some acrylic yarns can feel stiff at first, but after washing and drying, they become incredibly soft. Mary Maxim Mellowspun is one of my favorites for crochet blankets because it washes up so well. I made my granddaughter a waffle stitch blanket when she was a baby, and even after countless washes, it still looks as good as new!
