How to Crochet the Winter Bliss Toque on YouTube
Construction
The hat is worked by holding together 2 strands of yarn. 1 Strand of Swish and 1 strand of Aloft. The band is worked in rows then seamed to form a headband. Herringbone double crochet is worked in the round around the band. The pattern is written to turn each round so that the diagonal stitch will go in opposite directions. Don’t turn for the diagonal stitch to go in the same direction each round. The pattern is written for the smallest size with larger sizes in parentheses ( ). Turning ch does not count as a stitch. Step by step video tutorial on YouTube.
