Have you made a top-down sweater? If you haven’t yet tried one, this sweater is for you! Our So Soft Stripes Raglan pullover comes in toddler size 2 all the way up to Adult 3X! The pattern is worked in simple double crochet stitches, making it a quick sweater pattern. It’s also unisex, making it suitable for everyone!
I used Mary Maxim Oh My So Soft yarn in this pattern. It really is that soft! This is the softest, most comfortable garment to wear. Unfortunately, this yarn is no longer available, so I’ve listed some alternatives you will love.

Sweaters can be intimidating, but it is much easier than you think. Our So Soft Stripes Raglan is worked from the top down in rounds. It’s perfect for trying on as you go for a great fit. Work the Yoke until the size is right for you. Then join the body section leaving the arms unworked. You can keep working rounds for the body until you like the length. Next, join the arm openings. Work in rounds, decreasing to a comfortable cuff width and sleeve length.
Our So Soft Stripes has a bateau neckline, but if this fit isn’t right for you, we have included some alterations that can be made for a tighter fit.
We’ve also included a full tutorial on our YouTube channel in size 2. My testers found this video helpful in clarifying all the steps in this pattern.
I wanted to be sure this design fit comfortably for every size included. My testers were amazing at helping me do just that! Check out some of their amazing work!
