Construction
The Suzette Raglan Sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down in a classic raglan style, making it easy to adjust both fit and length as you go. The yoke is crocheted in the round, with increases along the raglan seams to shape the shoulders. Once the yoke is complete, the sleeves are placed on hold while the body is joined and worked in continuous rounds.
The hemline is finished with a join-as-you-go ribbed band that gently cinches at the waist. To complete the sweater, the sleeves are rejoined, worked to the desired length, and finished with matching ribbed cuffs.

Video Tutorial For The Suzette Raglan
Join me for a step-by-step tutorial on how to crochet this seamless top-down sweater in the classic suzette stitch, created with single and double crochet. In this video, you’ll learn how to work the raglan yoke with increases, how to separate the sleeves and body, and how to finish the sweater with ribbed cuffs, hem, and collar for a polished look. I’ll also walk you through tips for checking the fit and making adjustments for the bust. This cozy, relaxed-fit sweater is beginner-friendly, customizable, and designed to keep you warm and stylish all fall and winter long.
